I mean, come on. The money we spend on these things (the hobby) and we squint at fifteen bucks?

When in doubt, just pass the Visa!

Dude, what you doing up so late, you must not have kids, or maybe you do

Nah, I wasn't complainin' bout the 15 bucks. It's the fact that I could have gotten the same thing at half the price at WalFart.

Credit card bills leave a paper trail.......for the wife :D

Battery, its used to keep bait fish alive. It will work, it looks just like the one sold a lfs but with diff packaging.

Thanks Kevin, I'll probably grab a few for emergencies.

Well, came into the office this morning and everything is alive and well. The battery air pump was still alive 'n kickin'. Both tanks look good. In fact, I think some of the corals doubled in size, yeah right. Thanks everyone.

Actually, I WAS up late due to family issues. And yes, I have kids (2 girls, 9 and 7). My 17 year old nephew was the issue, though. That kind of drama is reserved for those in their teens, so it'll be a bit before mine start in.

I agree with the saving money thing - very much so. However, the bright side is that you were able to offer a bit of support for an LFS. Which, as I'm sure you know, are getting harder and harder to come by.

As for the credit card trail, that's easy enough: have the bills sent to your work! I do!

The way I figure it, I can have toys, too. She has hers (which cost FAR MORE than mine - WAAAAY more!). So why not?

I will admit, though, that I do sometimes hide the costs of items from her. It's easier than getting into an argument. I usually just move the decimal point to the left (although I'm pretty sure she's figured that out already!).

Glad everything worked out.
