Powerhead for my Edge?

Now that I have decent LED lighting from nanotuners I can start adding some real corals, but I need some more flow.

What would be the BEST?
Best quality, but also best choice in all other aspects for a small 6g nano.

I have the hydor pico in my fluval edge as well, great little pump with just the right amount of power.

It's also called a Hydor Pico, but only pushes 70gph instead of 180. I found the 180 to be just too much in my edge and was blowing sand everywhere. Mine is FOWLR though, so I don't need flow for corals, just enough to keep crap from settling under the rock.

Talk to me a little more about the amount of flow for this size tank. I want mostly softies like zoas, ricordea, but i do have some lps and experimenting with a couple small pieces of sps.

I chose two rows of white and one row of blue.
I currently have the blue a little higher than half brightness and the whites turned down to a little under half their brightness.
It took over a month for me to receive the lights, though... just fyi. But so worth the wait.

I just checked out that lighting and WOW, great upgrade.
I've already made my plans for this tank, but the 12 gallon edge is coming soon and I could see myself setting up one of those with these LEDs for a reef tank.

If you want SPS you need high intermittent flow. I find that high flow doesn't bother my softies, LPS, or even clam in my big tank, and the SPS stays happy.
