Powerhead Position..

I had a fellow club reefer come to my house and he gave me an opinion to put my 2 seio 1500's facing eachother so that they cause agitation on the surface allowing more oxygen to flow. Should I do this? What are some other positions that members reccomend to place powerheads?

Sounds like a good plan to me. All depends on your rock scape. Each tank is different, but that is a fairly 'standard' powerhead placement. Try to find a balance between some surface agitation and complete coverage down low around the substrate.

I have my 2 Seio 1100s in the corners angled down and in towards the center of the tank. I also have a Seio 620 in the center of the tank and my return outlets agitating the surface.
