Powerhead recommendation

looking for a recommendation for a good powerhead solution for my 50 gallon mixed reef tank.

instead of 1 big powerhead, was thinking multiple (less gph) would be better, or a gyre, or a couple of the Jebao with controller would be good. they are fairly cheap on amazon.

quiet is a must.

For the little bit more I would get the 40 and turn them down.

I would recommend the smaller... Needing to turn down powerheads often results in loss of functions.. As many functions dont allow infinite 0-100% flow rates
