For a long time I said to practice taking photo of my corals. I finally got some time over the holidays. I was also motivated since after good years of struggle I managed to clear my tank of the dreaded GHA.
I started with a remodeling. It was time to arrange the corals & rocks to make some room.
This is before:
These 2 photos are after - notice the empty space now in the middle - the fish love it. They hang out there often. And they're coming out of hiding faster than before. I also moved the big LPS colonies down and out of the way to make room on the rocks.
Here are some random coral shots taken after reading some suggestions online & doing minimal post-processing using picasa. I used a Cannon EOS Rebel T1i with a tripod. For sure I need to practice more
