About how long before you see visible fluke fall off a fish after introduction of pp?

Reason I ask is if it
Goes 24 to 48 hrs, and they are still there , perhaps I'm chasing after the wrong big!!

Flukes will begin to fall off immediately. Some may hang on for a few hours but after 24 they should be dead.

Ok well it's been 36 hrs. And the eye is still cloudy, but that maybe the aftermath or scarring.

It could be. Is it possible the eye could be injured?
