Hi everyone, Im hoping I can get some help with a problem I'm having.
A few months ago i purchased a trio of Anthias Lyretail from DiversDen "¦. I had them in a QT tank and they had some sort of "fin rot" which killed all 3 of them"¦.. I posted a thread about it but couldn't solve the issue: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2414796
Few weeks ago I decided to try them again as i really love these fish. I found a trio on DiversDen and pulled the plug, I had them in QT for observation only and they did great, and yesterday they went in the DT.
Now i seem to be having the start of the same problem, occurring only on one of the females (currently), so i decided to treat my DT with PraziPro ( 6 teaspoons in a 120G system).
And now I'm posting this thread to ask if you all could suggest anything I can do from here on out to help with this problem. I will wait 7 days before i do a 20% water change so that the PraziPro is effective. Also please note all fish appear healthy and eating del, aside from the physical appearance on the 1 females scales and fin.
Below are pics of the cut tent fish and tank.
