Prazipro not working?

I think I will then redose again, the 3rd time, which will be 6 days after the second dose (day 1, day 5, day 11)

Today is day 4, I think the fish are doing a bit better especially the clown, the emp enjoys sitting in front of a pump that I have blasting on the LR, my thinking is that it must cool it's skin from the irritation.

I did a 40g water change through the skimmer (flooded the house properly!!!)

I will redose after I fed the fish again, but when I redose I will of course make sure I shake the bottle properly.

I dosed the second lot again. This time I shook the bottle till my arm got real sore, then added it to a jug with tank water, poured it in the tank and it made a milky effect for a while, so I am sure a much better dose. The only problem is I left the skimmer on, but I had opened it right up, so the level was very low, but it still had a white head from the prazi, so I switched it off, and ran water back through the skimmer to get the water back in the system. I thought let me leave the skimmer on to create oxcygen, but was a mistake.

The emperor had some real strong shaking fits again, so hopefully I hit a lot more flukes, or the rest of them. I will dose again in a week.

I just inspected the fish again now, and it has actually spread to nearly all the fish, I am worried not running the skimmer also with the parameters, I feel like such a newbie learning about a cycle or skimmer for the first time:worried:

Do you have any carbon or other media in the setup that might remove the prazipro?

How are you sure it is flukes...normally they cannot be seen with naked eye.
Photos?

Are the fish scratching and/or twitching?

I took both reactors out (carbon and phosphate).

The fish do twitch bad, especially after treatment
