Precision Marine ES-100 skimmer

This skimmers recommended pump is either the sedra 7000 or mag 7. Is the sedra 7000 a needle wheel pump? Can you run a needle wheel pump with this skimmer? Anyone know if this is a good skimmer? Here is a link to the skimmer. http://bluezooaquatics.com/livestoc...info.php?id=798

Precision Marines are great skimmers. There are 2 different Sedra pumps you can get. One with the needle wheel and one with just a regular impeller. You would not want to use the needle wheel on this skimmer unless you remove the venturi.

We use Precision Marines on our 10,000 gallon system and love them.
