predatory flat worm???

Sorry no pic, but I have have just noticed several planaria shaped flat worms in some Florida LR. The are about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch long, clear white, flat, move very quickly and grab amphipods by balloning their head out and grabing them. Then you can see the amphipod inside of them. Any ideas? Are they reef safe?

They are reef safe and harmless unless you are a pod. They usually disappear on their own.
