Pregnant Shrimp?

Hey I have a pair of coral banded shrimps in my tank, and the larger of the two appears to have a blue/green big belly. It looks really strange, unlike the other. Any idea what it is?

You can identify the egg mass by checking if the animal is holding tiny balls under its abdomen, held in place by its appendages.

I dont see any eggs. It just looks light blue/green ans swollen.
