preliminary 75g stocking list

I'm sure you all know the drill, take a look at the attached .doc and let me know how this looks. Lighting will be a 48" Outer Orbit 150w x2 / T5 x4 system... and yeah I realize the Acros and Clam would have to be near the top.

Yep, already hanging from the ceiling in the living room… why, were you going to tell me to go with the 250 watters?

I actually wanted less fish to keep the nutrients down, but I decided I cannot part ways with my beloved chromis... they're just too much fun.

lol yeah I was gonna say 250's are only a few dollars more. but sence you have the lights I still think you will be fine.

and I agree the chromis are a beautiful addition.

lol, when I saw you’re running 400’s on your 75g, wasn’t to hard to figure out where you were going with that comment

Well initially I was considering the 250w’s. But I was convinced by a friend and other nice tanks on this site, that 150w can pull their weight if you’re smart about it… basically a trade off care free coral placement w/energy and heat savings. That being said, the 250w system was only another $100 or so after the coupon (I got 30% off this, $500 OTD ) so chances are I’ll become an SPS addict and kick myself in a year or two, oh well!

trust me the 400's are way overkill for my tank I just got them cheap enough and I figure when I upgrade, I will already have the lights

but even if you get more into SPS I still think you will be fine with 150's. just use a good quality 10k bulb.
