pressure rated pumps

You guys are a great source of info. I am shopping around doping my research.

Any recommendations on a pressure rated pump for a closed loop on a 24x24x20 cube style tank?

I will think you want a high flow but not pressure rated on a close loop system, but if that is what you want I would definetely look into the iwaki line probably a model 50 to 70 or even 100 if you plan on doubling your tank as a washer machine...just kidding!.
Blue line also put out an economic version of the Iwaki but in my opinion (I own both) I prefer the real deal Iwaki.

I would think a dart would work great for that a bit much but should work well and is low wattage
Dart 100-200/g 3600gph 1.4A/160W 2.0"in /1.5" out

Justy make sure to either use large output on the return or make sure that u use alot of returns if using the dart.

Anyone know the difference in the american motor and Japanese motor versions of the Iwaki's?

Some people think that Japanese motors are better lasting and less noisy than the American motors, I have never had an Iwaki with the American motors so I can say. I also think there is a price difference American models being a little cheaper.
