Pressure wash my only option?

I have cooked a lot of nasty rock in the past w/o having any recurring problems. You have to cook it awhile though. My problem with aptasia I inherited from not dipping a frag and now a couple are quite a few. I am still down with the order I am going to bump it up tonight.

On the thought of cooking the bubble algae should not live due to the fact that as you cook rock it moves into the anabolic stage where it is only using the oxygen in the air. I 'm not a scientist but have had good luck with mine. You can look up the barebottom site to see the proper method.

If it were me I would scrub it all first, then cook it for 3 months or so mainly to get rid of the P that is probably bound up judging by your bubble algae growth. The cooking will help it get rid of nutrients but it won't kill the aiptasia or bubble algae. When you reintroduce the rock adding a couple of peppermints and 4 or 5 emeralds should keep things in check if you start back with allmost none. If you are going to pressurewash it IMO you might as well just bleach it. That will kill everything.

I scrubbed with a toothbrush valonia covered rock and didn't have an issues later (swishing in two different sets of water before going back to the tank). Cooking is never a bad idea, too, as it will get the phosphates out.
