Prettiest Haddoni picture you've seen!

That thing is easily 2-3 feet in diameter. That is what you are dealing with when you buy one of these guys. Not that 6" thing you buy at the pet store. They can easily get that big under proper care =)

I think getting the lighting correct in a set up like that is most important, as they cant go up and down to find the best fit.

what lighting do u guys recommend for a 2 foot cube tank ? just 5" of sand and a red anemone . [maybe more if it works fine] would a 150 MH do it ? or should I bring out the 250 or 400

I will forever, drool and love this S. Haddoni, wish one would ever find out what happened to it

I'll never forget this one that i saw at my LFS last year, i know someone on this forum saw it when i posted it and picked it up.

thanks ! you took those ?

my dream is to set up a tank just like that, simple with just sand, and a carpet and many clowns ...

I do have a 60G Cube tank right now used as frag tank that can be converted ... hmm

The idea is good............just DSB...........and a Carpet............

You can keep Amphiprion sebae that is rare and almost there is no breeding records in aquarium.........

The only thing that you have to put in the tank...........is one or two large shells...........they like to grab these things............and bring to the anemone base to spawn.............

Amphiprion sebae and Amphiprion polymnus are fishes from the Sand Flat.......

So there is no hard substrate to spawn................and you have to put this things in the tank...........

In the wild they use man made things too............such cans and bottles........

But large shells is nice................

I like your idea.............just Sand and the nem............

Amphiprion sebae is a nice try..............in my oppinion............

We should limit the pictures to pictures of healthy thriving carpets. When they are stressed and contracted, their color always more intense. The color got dilute out a little when they fully inflate.
