preventing the inevitable- Help Quickly please!

I just purchased a percula clown and introduced it to my QT over a period of 1.5 hrs. It isn't breathing hard, but It is a little shy.

I have noticed 1 single ich spot on its belly.

Should I do a freshwater dip now, or should I treat with copper?
Should I wait it out?

I would just keep an eye on him for now, one spot is not a real concern

Thats what I was thinking.

The spot dropped off, it was probably just an undissolved particle of salt or whatnot in the aquarium sticking to his slime. I am led to believe this because I didn't see any spots on him when he was in the bag or at the store.

If I just keep him fed I think he should pull through.
I was just being careful because I have lost a lot of fish to ich.
