To be fair I had a lot of help from the fish shop where I bought it. The owner knew nothing about mixing them but got straight on the inernet and did some research (including an article from RK Mag) which suggested it might be possible, and also offered to take it back if there was any trouble. That and the fact I have loads of caves/hidey holes in my tank made me take the gamble (plus it only cost me about $30!).
