Just wondering what everyone was using the gen-x looks good. Now to my actual question. Can you use crushed sea shells? I am doubting it, but would be nice. I go every year to the gulf and can get alot of crushed up stuff. Let me know

Why don't you try it, bring all your crushed stuff home and throw it in your CR, dial it up and check the effuent in a day or two and and let us know the readings your getting. worse that could happen is you wasted a day or two.

you can use but could be high in phosphate , one way to find out
