Problem programming radions

I have been struggling to get my radions programmed. I have a 200 gallon Deep dimension and have 2 x gen 2 and 2 x gen 3 pros. Every time I go to program the lights I receive the following error:

"An Error occured while programming your daily schedule. Please try again."

I have tried, again and again. I have unplugged the lights and factory reset all the lights. I have tried to program the Gen 2's separately. No luck. Please help. Thanks!

I have been using chrome. I tried safari as well.

Tried again today. Created a new profile. Assigned all the lights to the tank. Completed the layout. Lights still fail to accept any custom or premade template. I used chrome as well as firefox today and neither worked.

Just call them, or even email them. I had a problem with my ESL and put in an email work ticket and they went into my account and fixed it all for me while I was at work.

You can also try clearing your cookies and cache.

Are you saying it will not work with Firefox?
