problem setting initial state for my power bar

I follow the instruction in the program but when I turn off profilux the powerbar would not switch on according to the initial state I set, do I have a faulty bar?

I have profilux 3, and I have a 6 socket digital powerbar.

the power bar is fine please do not worry.

Please can you let me know what proceedure you are following then we can see what is missing.
