Problem Tunze 6101

Hello, need help! I have a Tunze Stream 6101 connected on Tunze multicontroler 7095. Apparently there is are run-dry protection. But once I accidentally left a stream on dry during water changes, it no longer wanted to work. What have I broken? Does the stream? Does the power supply http://www.tunze.com/fileadmin/image.../-info87.1.jpg It seems that the power supply is ok, it is warm and has lights. Also multicontroler.
Where is actually located that run-dry protection?

The run dry protection is controlled by the Hall sensor inside the pump, it is not serviceable, it only detects the pump was not running at the speed it should and stops it. This resets automatically. Have you tried just removing the drive unit and making sure everything is clean and nothing is stuck by sand or calcium?

Yes I had removed rotor and cleaned a bit, but still not working. Dont hear anything of the pump, it seems dead. Thanks for information that the run-dry is inside pump.

There is a upgrade to 6105, if you order part 6101.015 on tunze.com you will get in its place a new 6105 pump and it would work with your existing power supply and holder set.
