problem: tunze nano wavebox clicking

Hi Roger, Thanks! It is about a year and a half old. I will dig up the recept. I probably sent it in when it got repaired before. Do you need me to send the whole thing or just the motor. That is cool the way it works. I probably have the address from last time - will it be the same? I can't find it :( I did find that Tunze sent me a return label at some point but can't access that anymore.

We only provide return labels for issues within the first 30 days of purchase. It would be best to get back the complete nano wavebox, simply because this product is largely hand made, as a result, sometimes a new motor won't line up correctly with the inner housing, all that is done by hand cutting and gluing a 6055 into the body. Just include a note with return address and phone number and a receipt if available, without a receipt we would work from the manufacture date.
