Problem w/newish IC 400w ballast

In July of this year, I purchased a new IC 400 watt ballast from Premium Aquatics. Over the past couple weeks, the light powered by the ballast shows a flicker after about 6 hours of operation. I switched the ballast to a different light and it flickers also. As such, the problem follows the ballast and isn't associated with the bulb. I assume this is covered under warranty? I'm a little concerned about warranty service right now from IC considering some of the other problems mentioned on the IC board. Can PA provide any assistance? I may need a copy of my invoice also.

Have you heard anything from IceCap? The flickering in my ballast is getting worse by the day. At this rate, it will be dead in weeks.
