Problem with acropora

Hello

I writing from Poland and this is my first post.
I have a problem with acropora. On photo you can find white spots.
I used Coral RX but i have still problem with this
Anybody can help me or recognize what happed ?

Few days ago i used Fauna Marin Ultra pest Control.
Right now everything is OK
