problem with Current USA sunpod

i recieved my 20" 70w sunpod on wed.,the 1st of feb and theres a problem with it.
When i turn the switch on, only the fan turns on but not the lights.
The light only turn on after I keep flipping the switch for like 20+ times.I would like to know if I could return it and excahge it for another product and pay or get credited the difference.
I want to get a retro fit MH
