Problem with Genx PCX-55HP

I have a PCX-55hp that has stopped working. There is nothing jamming it up as I have taken it apart several times and cleaned it with no luck. It will start for a while and then stop pumping. I can hear the fan or maybe the motor running but the pump is not turning.

Anyone ever had this type of problem before? Any help would be appreciated. Even if you could let me know who to contact to ask them or get the pump fixed.

I think these pumps have an automatic cutoff if it detects too much heat. If the pump isn't really hot when it shuts off, it could be a touchy sensor. Try contacting the manufacturer.

If the motor is running there is either a restriction in the impeller or volute, the bearing on the impeller may be bad causing it to bind or you may have a problem with too much air-not enough water causing cavatation.
