Problem with mounts

I have 2 6100's that are mounted to the 6080.50 mag mounts. Both pumps are set to pulse mode. I am have issues with the pumps "drifting" over time to the right or left. This is causing massive sand storms. Just now, both had moved and were facing the front glass stirring up all kinds of mess. Any advice?

This continues to be an issue. I now have 10" mounds of sand because I can't get these to stay still. Did I do something wrong when I mounted them?

The swivel arm and hinge piece have fine serrations. When properly assembled these serrations mesh together to hold the pump in place. Double check that the pump is not mounted upside down and then press the serrations together firmly.

They are both correct. For some reason, neither seem to catch the "teeth" though.
