problem with mushroom

My tank is 300 L. MH 150 W. My mushroom is not normal like a photo . but another it fine: clam, buble coral, anemone. I try to change water every week but it not response. May I think it cause about the old MH. please confirm my thinking and suggest what I should do

Hi, you don't want to upset your tank because of one shroom! If it is only one shroom then I would not worry. It might want to move someplace else in the tank? Keep an eye out on and around that one mushroom when all lights are out. Something could be bothering it? If your bulb is old, more than 6 months, then put a knew one in. Be sure to burn the new bulb in the right way though so nothing gets hurt. Good luck.
