Problem with my multi controller

It's stay on 100% all the time when I have it on pulse... Please help... The controller is only 2 couple months old.

Are your bottom knobs at 100%? If so it sounds like you are stuck in night mode.

Night mode is not use. What should I do?

OK I adjust the two bottom knobs all the way down. The lights go from 30% to 100%. So when it's at 100%, does this mean it's blowing full force??
