Problem with New Bluewave 7 dual 250 HQI

I purchased this brand new dual 250W ballast from PA and it was delivered on 4/2. Today, I finally got around to taking it out of the box and hooking it up. The ballast never comes on. I used a meter to check the power cord to the unit and the power plug is working fine, when I check the leads coming out of the two lamp plugs, nothing. I have two lumenbright pendants wired to this ballast with DE phoenix 14k.

I did contact Sunlight Supply at their toll free # in Washington and they were not much help at all. They said I would have to contact you since that is where I purchased it from. The only question they asked was if this unit had the green power supply button, which this one does not.

I talked with Chris at Sunlight Supply, per your suggestion yesterday. They gave me a prepaid return label via email and it will be repaired and shipped at no cost to me. Last night, I had a fellow local reefer bring his bluewave 7 ballast over and it fired up my lamps(just to make sure it was in fact the ballast).

Glad to hear it's getting taken care of for you. Hold on to that ballast, there are near impossible to find now, and a lot of people still want them.
