Problem with new fish

I just got an orchid dottyback. It's captive bred. It appears to have 4 paler/whitish spots on its side. I can't get a pic because it is hiding. I just got it a few hours ago.

Do these fish have paler spots on them if they get stressed? It doesn't look like ich. Not grain like at all.

It travelled by bus for a few hours today so I'm hoping its only from transport stress.

It's only tiny, maybe 1 inch.

if i had to guess. i'd say it is probably from the stress. check him out tomorrow and see if it's cleared up. if not try to get a pic so we can see what's going on.
