Problem with Osmolater

The osmolater is not working. Of the 4 lights on the face of the conroller, the top light is on and the bottom light is blinking and I am getting a steady beep. The same beep when the water level is to high. It is possible that it was the result of a small amount of water that landed on the top edge of the controller the other day. I opened the box and found a tiny bit of water in it which could have shorted it out. I let it dry for 24 hours but I am still getting the same results. Do I need to buy the whole system. Can I get just the controller? Please advise. Thanks.

You can get just the controller but I don't have any at this time, hopefully in a couple weeks more will arrive. The water could definitely cause it. How long have you had it?

I've had it about a year. I have a replacement pump that I tried but that didn't help.

A couple of weeks? Not good. It's only been one day, and I'm already sick of pouring water in the sump. Will probably get it from marinedepot then. Just to punish myself, what is the cost on just the controller?

Just ordered overnight from Marine Depot....$218 for a saturday delivery.....sigh.

I was mainly wondering if their was a possibility that a sensor was dirty or stuck instead. A controller only lists for $132.77 but I would get one to youi for $99.58. I am sorry but we just started getting more product in after the holiday and I still don't have any Osmolators.
