Problem with shipment...

I got my last shipment from TBS two weeks ago. Most of the livestock was dead and I called Mary at TBS. She told me that they would replace the livestock, but I needed to pay $60.00 to have the items reshipped. I didn't kill the critters, so I don't see why I need to pay to have them reshipped.

In addition to that I was missing 2 items that were supposed to be included. She told me Friday 6/27 she would talk to Richard and get back to me that day. Today, 7/2 no one has returned my call nor the message I left on their machine.

I'm very disappointed with this service. A couple of people from my club were going go order from them until my negative experience.

I just talked to Mary.....the box was broken by Southwest Airlines, thus they are the ones to make a claim to.

She told you to make this claim with Southwest.

Also you were not charged for the two missing items.

Once the shipment leavers our hands, problems with delays or handling are the resposibility of the airlines. We cannot be resposible for the handling/transportation of the shipment, that is the airlines job.

When they have a shipping/handling issue, you simply make a claim for their lack of service, and Southwest is real good about this. If you have any problems making a claim, you can call the supervisor here in the Tampa office, his name is Bill at 1-813-3964279.

They will pay you for the animals that were DOA and also for the freight, and we can reship the critters to you and it won't cost you a cent.

Actually I told Mary that I was having problems with Southwest and she told me she would contact the regional manager herself and get back to me. She then said he was off for the week and would contact you and get back to me. Neither of which happened. I just want this resolved.
 
So do we, but there are channels you must follow, the first is to make a claim with Southwest.

There is nothing we can do as the airlines have proceedures which must be followed.

If you have any problems, call the supervisor here in Tampa.

Or just give us a call...

I investigated this today......we have credited your account for the two doa shrimp, cuke and starfish.
Thus no need to make a claim with the airline.
