problem with stream

On my 180 I have a pair of streams and a multicontroller. Two days ago on of the streams started that beeping noise. At that point I unplugged it, and soaked it in vinegar for 24 hours. I then cleaned it up thouroughly and tried it again. It would not run.

I then cleaned up the other one and swapped guts. The original stream still wouldn't work even with the other streams guts(impellar and bottom bushing and o ring). What else can be wrong? The whole body? I really need to get this stream up and running soon. What should I do?

The only thing you can try is to make sure all the parts work by the manual, that the drive unit is clean and dissassembles as illustrated and no pieces are bound or sticking. Short of that it has to come in for service. Unfortunately today is my last day here, I go to Germany tomorrow AM and don't return until the 8th. I can get to it on the 9th. If you want to send it someone will be here to recieve packages.

I totally went through every little part and it all seems to spin fine. Don't know what went wrong.

Cool! They sometimes lock up the breaks when they start and the alarm is pretty sensitive and you just have to try again.
