Problem with Tunze 6080 Need Warranty Support Please.

I recently sent back my Tunze 6080 to Ron Vitko at Tunze about two months ago as it just stopped working all of a sudden. Ron did a great job and fixed the pump promptly and sent the pump back in running order. Then today it stopped again and the pump is perfectly clean, I could eat off of it... I need to send this back to Ron at Tunze for repair, however I wanted to get his approval first. Does anybody know how I can get in touch with Ron? I know he is in this forum alot so I figured that I would just leave a post for him. He is an ace so I know that returning it will not be a problem, if there is one thing that I trust in it is that Tunze will fix my pump and continue to make the best powerheads in the world.

Thanks, it is Roger actually. Before you send it in, can you tell me what it is doing. Does it try to spin, does it hum or vibrate or is it just dead.

Damnit... I apologize Roger I knew better... I just had for some reason the name Victor in my head from work still that day... My apologies... It doesnt even try to spin it is just dead...
