Hey Roger well i have 3 streams runnign on my 180.

they are hooked up the the 7095 that i just got, it was going fine until today when i look in the tank and 1 of the streams is not working? but the other 2 are?

this one is not getting nay power to it?

this is what i did to check the stream that is not working. i uplug all the streams (3) then i up plug on of the blue boxes (on that was working i mean a stream was running off of this blue box fine) and plug it into the blue box of ths stream that was not working. i plug the blue box that was not working the stream and plug that into a stream that i knew was working. i then plug everything back in, AND the stream that was NOT working is still NOT working? so this means its not the blue box and its either the stream or the transformer or something?

whats going on here?

these things are brand new! i mean less than 1 month old?

thanks!

ALSO when i touch that round circle black thing i think called a transformer its REALLY hot i mean hotter that all the other ones! and it probabaly has not been working for about 12-24 hours!

what can cause this?

thanks!

Nick

Back up a bit.

So, it doesn't work when off the controller?

The driver runs another pump (blue box) but does not run the pump it was originally attached to?

Please unplug the pump if this is true, it needs to be sent in and I will replace it, we are not perfect and sometimes a defective one gets through.

yep it does not work off the controller!

where do i send it to? if i can get an address i will send it out Monday. you can PM this to me if you want.

how long should it take for me to get it back?

just FYI for you i had a spare single controller lying around so i tired running the stream that and the controller did NOT even come on!

i am not sure what it could be, i took the stream out and got everything in the open out form behind the tank and tried to see if i could figure out the problem. but no luck.

i got it from Marine Depot if that would help you at all or if you need to know that?

anyway when should i have it back? i live in Michigan so it should take a couple of days to get to you i think.

do i need to send anything in the box? like a note or anything?

i will give you my address in this thread and on the box,

thanks again Roger!

oh yeah i LOVE the new 7095! its so easy to use! and i like the touch buttons! there are so many opitions!

i have gone a bit crazy! i first started out with 2 streams (6100) now have 3 and i am getting a 4th one too! i love them! they give you so much flow!

i am going to set it up and run it in that sequence mode i think with all 4.

question for you about that mode though. in the picture it shows that you put 2 on each side facing eachother. is this the best spot to put them? i was thinking of doing 2 on the side pannels facing eachother in the back near the top to middle like 6 inches down and then 2 on the side pannels facing eachother, BUT they would be placed in the middle of the side glass and be angled to hit the front glass in the middle. you know ho you tel everyone to set them up? what do you think?

or should i set it up like it is in the picture?

thanks again! i will wait to hear from you on where to send it to. and if i should put a note in there or not.

thanks again GREAT customer service!

Nick

is it ok to put the printable verison of this thread in the box?

thanks again!

So i will look for it in about 2 weeks then i am assuming? or somewhere around there? i figure 4-5 days to get to you in Texas, one day to fix it and then 4-5 days to get back to me?

does that sound right?

thanks again!

Nick
