Problems with 6025

I have been experiencing problems with my 6025 that I purchased in late December and was wondering if anyone else has this problem. Every time the unit is unplugged it will not restart. At first I just kind of contributed it to being new but I do not believe that is the case. Every time I plug it back in I have to physically have to move the prop to get it going again. Yesterday when I woke up and realized that it was not working unplugged it and proceeded to give it a good cleaning. After reading several reviews on how fragile the little mounting tabs were I was real careful with the unit. It didn't seem to matter because one of the tabs broke off. In addition, after further inspection I realized that it was not even that dirty. I had high hopes for this unit and am really disappointed. Any ideas on what I can do?

Please, just send me the pump, some of the first ones had problems and we will replace your pump. Likely the shaft has come loose and the tabs were overheated in the mold and brittle as a result. Our address is

Roger - Thanks for your response. Let me know if I have to attach any corrispondence with the shipment.
