Problems with my Little Anemone

I have two anemones in my tank. One is a huge RBTA that does awesome but the other has stayed small and white since the day I bought it.

He positioned himself right under my MH but never got his color back nor has done anything at all. I feed him a whole krill a couple times a week but not much has changed over the corse of the 10 months I've had him.

Now if you think my water is off or I'm doing something wrong, consider my RBTA. It's HUGE and does awesome. So what gives? Did I just buy a certain bread that stays small and white?

Here is a shot of the little guy-

and here is my RBTA in the same tank-

Your little one is just bleached.... looks like a Heteractis Crispa but cant tell without seein the foot.... Takes a lot of slow nursing back to health.. He lost his phytoplankton which helps with photosynthesis, he needs protiens and heavier foods... slowly he will come back

I agree with the first post, but anemones don't have phytoplankton... Anemones have zooxanthellae that perform photosynthesis. Phytoplankton is an algae that is cultured to feed rotifers or other small organisms.
