Problems with Osmolator

My problem started with saying pump is on but not pumping water. Unplugged unit for a few days so i could find my meter to mesure if it was getting voltage to the pump. Now when i plug the unit back in the water full alarm sounds water lvl to high led is on and the low lvl led is flashing.

The two most common causes of this are magnetic interference from ballasts and large motors or magnet holders/cleaners. Or, the controller got wet. If you have ruled out both of these, send the unit to me and I will have a look, include a receipt if you have one.
