I ordered a 36 watt PC Actinic Sealife bulb from an outfit on ebay. Its replacing a brand new 36watt PC 50/50. Orderd from them before with no issues. The ballast is a Jalli.
First one arrived, it flickered at the base then went out. Mailed it back to the compayn (on my dime) and the sent me a new one.
Second one arrived......same thing occured.
Before I send it back again, does anyone know of any issues? Jalli ballasts, actinic bulbs not firing, Sealife bulb problems?
