problems with peperment

when my lights turned out i saw that my peperment shrimp was attacking my RBTA... it climbed up from the base and tried to tug at the tentacles... anyone had any problems like this and has experience on how to stop it, or do i have to kill the peperment?

Peppermint shrimp are anemone eaters (aiptasia), and if it picks at your rbta enough it could kill it. I have seen that most people don't have problems with their anemones and peppermints but I have seen threads about peppermints killing anemones.

One of the reasons I got rid of my Peppermint, it was always picking at my anemones. Similar reason why I got rid of my Mithrax, it was always picking at my Polyps.

My peppermint was ripping parts of my frogspawn off before I got rid of him. He came out awfully quickly.

how do u get them out?? its almost impossible to get him out kuz he hides inside the rocks

i was accually thinking about that the last time i went to my LFS kuz my fish seem to kill any shrimp that i introduce into my tank... are there any other problems they could cause? eating crabs, snails, etc. thanks
