Hi, I want to know are you guys still using Prodibio on your sps tanks. I want to try this type bacteria dosing as me have limited space for refuguims. On one forum they say one doesnt have to run phosphate media, well this going to save me in time. Can I run a sump with just a skimmer and activated carbon. I want to dose the Biotim and Biodigest once a week on my 100 galllon tank. Will this help to colour up the sps too?

I tried running the two you are planning, there was a decrease in nutrient levels but not enough for my tank.
I use it, love it. I use 1 vial of each every two weeks on my 110g. When I started nitrates were 10 and phos 25. They both decreased to undetectible in about 2 days and have stayed there ever since. I dont run GFO anymore, I run activated carbon in my reactor now and Pm bullet one skimmer. 20% Water change once a month. No refugium, just a sump since I dont have an issue with nutrients. Photoperiod is 8hrs 2x250w 10k MH and 4x110w VHO super actinic for 11 hrs. Get some hair algae once every 3 months or so but thats from leaching from some old live rock, Same couple of rocks.
Been using both on my tank, Bioptim & biodigest, alternate 1 every 2 weeks. Did you use it?
