The good news is I have over 100 of each magnet holder due in in a couple weeks. We should get close to caught up on these, probably still no surplus inventory but I expect the majority of preorders will get filled. The Streams are coming in regularly too, I am getting about 50 of each model in the same time frame, unfortunately I figure about 20 are sold every week so this doesn't put much of a dent in the backorder list but I have been told in a couple more weeks I could get 50-100 per week. The Multicontroller 7095 is also getting caught up, we have 20 more that came in and 50 more on their way to us. I still have no waveboxes in route but soon enough these will start coming in as well.

Not really, Axel sounded just as depressed as me, their is only so much butt chewing a person can take and while we both have been here before we both know it takes about 3 months for a change we make today to result in a production increase and because none of us want to stop expirimenting with new ways to assemble things and new products and making things better these delays are going to come up again, but this is a world wide problem and I have to sympathize with him because he hears the yelling from every customer in the world. My point is we are not being singled out and this is not by any fault of mine or even a fault of theirs, we just have grown very fast and their is a real limit to how big we want to get. At a point when a company gets to big it crumbles under its own weight and the beauracracy kills the creativity and we don't want to end up there.

I hear you. I work for a very small software development company, so I know what you are talking about. Our little team of developers is as productive as companies several times our size, because we don't have all the layers of bureaucracy to deal with.

Don't get too big then. Tunze seems to be a good company with a good history, great products, and EXCELLENT product support from Roger.

I would hate to see ANY of that change. A lot of companies get too big and forget what it was that made them great, craftmanship , pride in their work , and support after the sale .

thats GREAT roger! i am like 15 or 16th on marinedepot's list could you possibly tell me how long just a guess woudl be great!

thanks!

Nick

They will get enough to fill most of the backorders, I am not willing to discus exact numbers but I am prety sure we will get caught up through orders placed before Feb 1st, maybe further, this is still a few weeks away though, they have them boxed and ready to go but shipping and customs clearance is still to follow.

Just a quick update for those of you waiting for your Tunze orders.

I have two Seio 1500's right now on my 7x2x2 main display. I will add the tunze to the main display and move the extra Seio 1500 over to my prop tank. (150 gallon rubbermaid)

Are you certain that the magnet holder actually shipped? I placed my order in November 04' and have not recieved any notification of shipment from MD.
