Productive Weekend for Me!

I got my new tank set up and plumbed, hung the lights, installed my RO/DI, installed my new-to-me reefkeeper (thanks tunicata!), and cleaned up the gigantic mess I made doing all that stuff.

I don't like the way the lights look. Maybe I'll try to hang them with something else - I tried the chain and the setup kit (yes I have 1 LED an 1 T5HO).

I gotta do a freshwater test, and then I should be good to put in my rocks and sand, and start making RO water.

That's the overflow in the middle. The light is reflecting off the acrylic - though it might be a good place to put some coral that is less inclined to bright light. Eventually I want 2 more LED lights - that should take care of the shadow.

azdiver - I'm gonna start with live rock, fish, zoas, lps. Probably in that order. For fish - I know I want a one spot foxface - and that is about as fal as I got! Its 100 gallons, haven't had time to update the signature line.

Hang the lights with cable would streamline things. Looks good, I personally like this part of the hobby. The set-up. Happy reefing.
