I have one. Easy to keep, picks on open brains, leaves softies alone so far.

I just got my little guy today. He is in QT with a Banded Butterflyfish from Costa Rica.

I've always wanted a butterfly only fish tank, but I need another wife in order to get that acomplished LOL.
I believe with the right environment and time a deepwater display with several Banks and a couple of lipopromas would be stunning.
This little guy unfortunately did not survive a tank transfer. IME once they are established with the right tankmates altering that system proofs to be expensive.
They have unfortunately for us in the hobby have caught the eye of the japanese hobbyists so altough seen quite often they are not as easily obtained like 10 years ago- albeit down here a couple of them "crazy divers" can always get them.
