Where can I find an explanation for each of these options? I just received 2 SIMU-L light sticks and I'm curious about the effects of each program option.

Exactly I would hate to be perfect, and thank goodness i am not.

My inbox is full daily of very simple questions that only mean turning a few pages, and I do mean simple questions, I would guess at maybe 15-20 daily, not including phone calls.
