Did you ever consider solar light tubes to light your aquarium? A couple of members here did it and it seems to work out well. And saves money on energy.

Hi Mark, too late. We will have solar panels installed to cover the energy for the complete house! Incl the reeftank !But thanks for the hint !

After some test run and some leaking, we started to seal the Tank with epoxy paint. What a shi... work

Next try. New color to be sure all areas a catched. Beside I did not liked the first color.
