propeller problems

i have a old school multi piece propeller in a 6260.100 wavebox and it seems that the magnet spins just fine but the top part isnt spinning as it should looks to just be worn out any input would be great as to fixing my problem how and where can i get a new propeller thxs

The best repair is to just replace the entire drive unit with part 6200.700, this is the new drive unit. As old as the drive unit is, the magnet has likely worn out and you would at a minimum need brakes, magnet, shaft and bearing shell. After 3-4 years a new drive unit will likely be a major refresh to the performance.
