Proper Diagnosis-- Blue Jaw Trigger

Hey guys, I purchased a pair of Blue Jaw Triggers 3 days ago. Just today I noticed a single notch on female dorsal fin. Upon looking at it close, it appears that the rear part of the dorsal fin was damaged and broke off. I took some pictures so you guys can see what I'm talking about. It is clearly a raised single notch. Anything you think I should be concerned about?

bump-- anyone have any idea. I was thinking the pictures might look like lympho , can anyone confirm or deny?

I can't really tell from the pics but when my pair were in QT the male nipped the heck out of the female. She had several chunks of fin missing from his aggression. I had to put them into the DT early so she had room to escape ( I got them from a friend, low risk for disease).
