Proper parameters for all Montis?

Hi all. I want to setup a strictly monti tank. Caps and digis. Superman, rainbow, you name it.

I've got a 10g sitting around with PC lights that would give me about 4.5 watts per gallon.

Is this enough light for them? Should I have light, medium or heavy flow? Any other thoughts from individuals that have them?

BTW....I have a 30g reef already with softies, so I'm just looking for the specifics of the monti corals. I already have everthing planned for setup, cycle and all.

Imho you can grow them under pc lights but I don't think the color will be as nice as what you would hope for.
